On August 29th, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. Whitespruce Provincial Training Center reported to the Yorkton RCMP that an inmate was missing from their facility.
Jamie Lyn Holmes, is a 28 year old Caucasian male. He is approximately 5′ 11″ tall, 180 lbs with an average build. He has brush cut, blonde hair, hazel eyes and tattoos on his face and hands.
Holmes was serving a custodial sentence for breaching a Conditional Sentence Order, Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle, Flight from Police, Theft of a Motor Vehicle and Fail to Comply with Probation.
Holmes has recent ties to the Saskatoon area.
Holmes is not believed to be a risk to the public.
